Fried Ravioli

So last night Gourmet Gaby decided to make fried ravioli with marinara sauce.  She coated the spinach and ricotta stuffed ravioli’s with egg, covered them in bread crumbs and threw them on the saute pan with a nice coating of EVOO as they say in the industry aka Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  After they got cooked to a dark brown crisp she pulled them off of the burner and layed the raviolis on a paper towl to soak up any extra EVOO left on the pastas.  My first bite was decadent.  I fell for these little bit sized pieces of heaven faster than the Stock Market fell in the past week.  You need to go home and make Gourmet Gabys fried raviolis.  It is so easy to make even a cooking challenged individual such as myself can do it.  Not to mention they are like my favoirte thing in the world right now.  Look for fried spaghetti to drop next.  No but really look for Gourmet Gaby to have a guest spot once a week on Kaliphornya to show how we eat up on the WEST side of life.  To see the real deal and how she made it tune into Whats Gaby Cooking and check out her blog.
